FX DRS MKII – UK Spec

The DRS MKII is FX’s updated take on their streamlined over-barrel air rifle. Now properly set up for the UK market.

Available in both FAC and non-FAC sub-12 ft/lb versions, so it covers everyone from target shooters to those needing full power for longer range work. Calibre choice is wide too – .177, .20, .22, .25, and .30. That’s pretty much the full set.

Stock options give you real choice: synthetic for field use, wooden for a traditional feel, laminate for something in between, or the tactical chassis if you prefer a modern look and rail space.

Main changes for this version: you can swap the STX barrel liner without fully degassing the gun, and the AMP MKII regulator helps keep every shot where it should be.

The new FX DRS MKII lineup now comes with revised barrel lengths across all models for improved balance and handling:

• Micro – now fitted with a 380mm barrel
• Compact – now upgraded to a 500mm barrel
• Standard – now features a 600mm barrel
• Sniper – now equipped with a 700mm barrel

The DRS Tactical  700mm Sniper version paired with an AR15-style stock can feel overly long for some shooters, making the setup less practical in tighter shooting positions or when carrying in the field. A shorter stock configuration may offer a better overall balance and handling experience.
