Designed specifically for the Gen II stock system, this factory Ruger accessory allows shooters to fine-tune their rifle’s length of pull (LOP) for improved ergonomics, faster target acquisition, and enhanced accuracy.

Precision Fit & Improved Shooting Comfort

The Ruger American® Rifle Gen II platform uses modular stock spacers to adjust LOP. Your rifle ships with a 13.75″ spacer installed from the factory. This kit provides two additional spacer options—12.75″ and 13.25″—allowing you to tailor the rifle’s fit to your body, shooting style, and preferred setup.

A correct LOP ensures:

• More consistent shoulder placement

• Faster, more natural sight alignment

• Better recoil management

Easy, Tool-Assisted Installation

Spacer adjustments are fast and user-friendly. Simply loosen the recoil pad assembly, swap in the desired spacer, and reinstall.

Required tools (not included):

• 3/16″ hex wrench

• 7/16″ socket or wrench

• 1/8″ hex wrench or similar tool for removing the rear swivel stud

Note: Only one spacer can be installed at a time. Spacers cannot be stacked to create extended LOP.
