The RIX Optics Stride ST6 Lite Thermal Imaging Monocular is a compact, lightweight thermal monocular designed for handheld or head-mounted use. With true 1× optical magnification, it provides a natural view of your surroundings, making it well suited to pest control, wildlife observation, security work, search operations and general night-time use.

At the heart of the ST6 Lite is a high-performance 640×512, 12μm VOx thermal sensor with an impressive NETD of less than 20mK, producing excellent thermal detail and image clarity in changing weather conditions. Combined with a 25mm F1.0 objective lens and a 1300-metre detection range, the ST6 Lite allows users to detect heat signatures at extended distances while maintaining a wide field of view.

Its 17.5° × 13.1° field of view covers a large area, making it easier to scan fields, woodland, open ground and other environments without constantly repositioning the monocular.

The lightweight 205g design makes it comfortable to carry and use over long periods. It can be used as a handheld thermal monocular or mounted to compatible helmet and vehicle systems where required.

The 1–6× magnification, supported by 1–4× digital zoom, allows users to move from close-range observation to longer-distance viewing with ease. The sharp 1024×768 OLED display delivers crisp thermal images with excellent contrast, while the adjustable -5D to +5D diopter ensures a clear picture for different users.

For varying terrain and weather conditions, the ST6 Lite includes six colour palettes, allowing you to choose the display that best suits your surroundings. Additional Sunny Mode helps reduce image noise in bright conditions, while Rain Mode improves thermal performance when humidity, rain or mist would normally reduce image quality.

Built-in 32GB internal memory allows you to record photographs and video directly from the monocular. The integrated microphone captures audio alongside video recordings, making it useful for documenting outings or inspections.

Integrated Wi-Fi connectivity links the monocular to the RIX+ App on compatible iOS and Android devices, allowing live viewing, firmware updates, remote control and adjustment of settings.

Users can also personalise the display with 32 reticle combinations, offering eight reticle styles and four colour options to suit individual preferences.

Power comes from a single rechargeable 18650 battery, providing up to 4 hours of operation, with USB-C external power support available for extended use in the field.

Built to withstand demanding outdoor conditions, the IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating protects the monocular against rain, dust and harsh environments, while reliable operation is maintained in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.
