If you’ve been using the standard MDT cheek riser and found it a little bulky when switching to your weak side, this upgrade is worth a look. The MDT Elite Cheek Piece is built with a slimmer, narrower profile that gives you a cleaner, more natural cheek weld whether you’re shooting left or right handed.

The side scallop has been redesigned so it doesn’t interfere with the height adjustment knobs even when the cheek piece is sitting at its lowest setting — something shooters running the standard version have run into before. Small detail, but it makes a real difference out in the field.

A thin 1/16″ neoprene foam pad is stuck right to the upper surface, so you get a bit of cushion on your cheek without adding bulk. It’s subtle comfort that adds up over a long day at the range or in a hunting application.
