The Hawke Airmax 30 SF 6-24×50 AMX IR is a high-magnification air rifle scope designed for precision shooting, offering clear optics, adjustable side focus and an illuminated AMX reticle. Built around a strong 30mm mono-tube chassis, it combines reliable construction with practical features for accurate shooting at varying distances.

Featuring Hawke’s H2 optical system, the Airmax 30 SF has 16-layer fully multi-coated lenses for excellent light transmission and a clear sight picture. The 6-24x magnification range provides flexibility for different shooting distances, while the 50mm objective lens helps deliver a bright image.

The AMX IR glass-etched reticle is specifically designed for airgun shooting, providing multiple aim points to help compensate for the curved trajectories associated with air rifle pellets. Red illumination with stepless adjustment allows the reticle brightness to be set to suit different lighting conditions.

The side focus adjustment allows precise parallax correction from 9 metres to infinity, making this Hawke Airmax scope suitable for close-range airgun shooting as well as longer-distance target work. Exposed locking and resettable turrets provide straightforward adjustment, while the high-torque zoom ring and fast-focus eyepiece make operation simple.

Hawke AMX IR Reticle

The Hawke AMX IR reticle is designed specifically for airgun shooting, with aim points based on the spacing of a 10x Mil Dot reticle.

Its multiple aiming points help shooters compensate for pellet drop at different distances. Half Mil Dot spacing along the lower post provides additional aiming references for longer shots.

The horizontal bars are positioned at 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 Mil spacing. The segmented hollow posts also provide useful Mil spacing references for bracketing and range estimation.
