.25 – .30 cal Sound Moderator

Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY

 

The Ase Utra NorthStar is a robust and effective suppressor designed for centerfire rifles.

 

Features
  • Baffle System: ASE explain that the Jet-Z™ Northstar suppressors incorporate Ase Utra’s patented jet-Z™ baffle system.
  • Construction: The jet-Z™ NorthStar suppressors are manufactured out of 300 series stainless steel for longevity.
  • Noise Reduction: 22 to 26 dB (depending on ammunition type, calibre, measurement location etc.).

 

 

Dimensions:

 

  • Weight: 660 to 700 grams.
  • Dimensions: 198mm long, 47.5mm in diameter, 100mm added to the length of the rifle.

 

 

 

Threading

 

  • Thread size: The jet-Z™ Northstar suppressors are available with a variety of metric and inch size threads to fit directly onto the rifle barrel.
  • Standard threads include; M14x1, M15x1, M17x1, M18x1, ½”x20 UNF, ½”x28 UNEF to fit most current centerfire rifles.

Calibre compatibility

 

  • .25 Cal – Suitable for calibres that shoot a .257 or less diameter projectile including .17 Rem, .17 Hornet, .204, .222, .223, .22-250, .220 Swift, .243, .25-06, Etc.
  • .30 Cal – Suitable for calibres that shoot a .311 or less diameter projectile including .243, .25-06, 6.5×55, 6.5 Creedmoor, .270, .308, .30-06, 303, .300 Win Mag, Etc.
