Product Description

Nocpix NITE PRO D50R 8K Digital Night Vision Rifle Scope

The New Nocpix NITE PRO D50R is a digital night vision rifle scope built around Nocpix’s first 8K high-definition detector. It combines a 48-megapixel sensor, a fast 50mm F1.25 objective lens and an integrated 1200m laser rangefinder with ballistic calculation, making it a practical choice for UK shooters who want one scope for daytime, twilight and night-time use. It suits hunters, pest controllers and recreational shooters who need clear target identification and reliable holdover information without carrying separate devices.

What You Get

At the heart of the D50R is an 8000 x 6000 pixel sensor with a 1.2μm pixel pitch and a 60Hz frame rate. The 50mm F1.25 lens uses advanced multi-layer coating to suppress glare and ghosting while letting through as much light as possible. The result is brighter, clearer imagery with more accurate colour, which helps you keep track of detail in low light for longer.

The scope uses Nocpix’s Light+ Algorithm to reduce noise, improve contrast and retain fine detail. That matters most during the last few minutes of legal shooting light, when being able to pick out a target cleanly is the difference between a confident shot and a wasted trip.

Target Sync Technology keeps the laser rangefinder’s optical axis aligned with the reticle, so the distance you read is the distance you’re aiming at. Combined with the built-in ballistic calculation, the scope gives you a usable aim point rather than a number you have to work out yourself.

Main Features and Benefits

• 8K UHD 48MP detector – 8000 x 6000 resolution at 60Hz for detailed, smooth imagery

• 50mm F1.25 lens – large aperture and multi-layer coating for strong light transmission

• 1200m integrated LRF – with ballistic calculation and Target Sync alignment

• Light+ Algorithm – noise reduction, contrast optimisation and detail preservation

• 3–36x magnification – 3x base magnification with a stepless zoom lever

• 1 second rapid startup – ready quickly when you need it

• Central focus system – focus wheel positioned centrally for adjustment without breaking your shooting posture

• AMOLED display – round 2560 x 2560, 1.03 inch

• 0.3 MOA/click zeroing – fine, repeatable adjustment

• Full magnesium alloy housing – structural stability and impact resistance up to 7000J of recoil

• Photo, video and MIC – built-in recording with 64GB memory

• Dual battery system – built-in 3850 mAh plus a replaceable, polarity-free 18650 battery

Day and Night Performance

This is a true day and night vision scope. In daylight it works as a standard digital rifle scope, with the AMOLED display giving a clear sight picture and the 3–36x zoom covering close work out to longer ranges. As light drops, the fast F1.25 lens and the Light+ Algorithm keep the image usable well into twilight. At night, the 8K sensor and low-light processing provide a detailed black-and-white style image, and the 1200m LRF lets you confirm distance before you take the shot.

Colour performance is a particular strength. Many digital scopes lose colour quickly in low light, but the D50R is designed to hold vivid colour for longer, which can help with target identification and judging your surroundings.

Mounting, Display and Recording

The scope mounts using standard rings or a mount suited to its 402 x 93 x 81mm body and 980g weight. It’s worth checking your rail setup and eye relief before buying, as the 60mm eye relief and 6mm exit pupil will suit most conventional mounting positions. The round 2560 x 2560 AMOLED display gives a square-ish sight picture that works well with the reticle and ballistic data.

Recording is built in. You can capture photos and video to the 64GB internal memory, and there’s MIC support for audio. That’s useful for reviewing shots, keeping records or sharing footage with other shooters.

Battery and Runtime

The D50R runs on a dual system: a built-in 3850 mAh battery plus a replaceable 18650 cell. Two batteries are supplied. Maximum operating time is quoted at 6 hours, so carrying a spare 18650 is sensible for longer sessions. The 18650 is polarity-free, which makes swapping it in the dark simpler and reduces the risk of putting it in the wrong way round.

Practical Uses

This scope is aimed at UK shooters who want one optic for multiple situations. It works for daylight zeroing and practice, twilight foxing, rabbit and pest control, and night-time hunting where a rangefinder and ballistic data save time. The 1200m LRF is useful for confirming distances on open ground, while the 3x base magnification and stepless zoom give flexibility in woodland, field edges and longer-range setups. The 7000J recoil rating means it should stand up to centre-fire use, and the magnesium alloy body is built to handle real-world conditions.

It is not a thermal scope, and it does not see through cover. It needs some light or an external IR illuminator to perform at its best at night, which is normal for digital night vision. If you already run an IR torch, the D50R will work alongside it.

Why Buy the Nocpix NITE PRO D50R?

If you want a digital night vision scope that doubles as a daytime scope, gives you a 1200m rangefinder and ballistic calculation, and records your shots, the D50R covers a lot of ground in one unit. The 8K sensor, 50mm F1.25 lens and Light+ processing are the main reasons it performs well in low light, and the Target Sync alignment keeps the LRF and reticle working together. For UK shooters who want a capable, well-specified digital rifle scope without stepping up to thermal money, this is a strong option.
